How Frog supports Marketing...
Site Themes
You can choose the look and feel of a Frog Site from its theme. When page menus and layouts are used to set the content, a theme lets you decide if the Frog Site will be formal, functional or simply fun.
Image Carousel
This widget lets you quickly and easily display pictures. It can show images from a shared folder or from the Frog Site's own timeline.
Announcements
Communicate between school and home with the Announcements application. Teachers can send messages to students, their parents and carers and receive replies in return. All messages can be viewed in both the browser and the MyFrog mobile app.
Noticeboards
Noticeboards are a quick way to add messages, files and links on a Frog Site. The widget is incredibly versatile and is also used for note-taking, blogs, and shared resources. When setting up, the site's owner gets to decide who can post, making noticeboards useful for school or class notices, club messages and more.
External Site Sharing
Frog Sites are mini-websites in themselves, so (where appropriate) it is possible to publish a Frog Site to the internet, meaning people can view it without needing to log in. This becomes a great, simple way to share your school with the wider community, helping promote school events and share projects with the outside world.
Forms
The Forms solution in Frog enables you to do everything from collecting surveys, student meal choices, NAPLAN options and reward nominations. You can set out a form any way you wish and all the submissions appear in its Data Viewer. The Data Viewer is its own mini-database, where you can search, filter and export all the information submitted.
