Assignments Matrix
This Frog application lets you view, mark and set assignments to your class showing all their work in one place. From the Matrix view, you can look at any class or group and see all their assignments for the specified subject. Teachers can reuse assignments for their own class, set targets and mark against these too. The Matrix view lets you compare how learners are doing across the different assignments. You can even record their hand-ins and lates/absents.
MyFrog
For parents, MyFrog combines access to your child's assignments, parent portal and messaging in a free app for Apple and Android devices. Teachers can set assignments and access the school dashboard.
Shared Folders
FrogDrive's document store provides easy access to any files or resources you choose to share. And because Frog knows who you are, it will only ever let you view folders you are allowed to see.
Site Timeline
A record of all files uploaded to a Frog Site. Site Timelines provide a quick way of sharing images and files and discussing them. Add a Site Timeline to an ePortfolio to create a personal gallery or add one to a class site and send an image to it to create an instant visualiser.

Discussions with students online has been a powerful tool in a teacher's tookbox ever since the internet went mainstream, but getting students signed up on forums is fraught with risk. What is needed is a forum where a teacher can be the moderator and students can engage in peer-discussions while being protected from the internet. That's where the Forum widget comes in, making it simple and secure to host online discussions.
Polls
A tool which makes gauging learner understanding a simpler matter, e.g. set up a poll at the start of the topic to ask a simple question and base a discussion off the results.

The video streaming tool is an excellent source of teaching resources and the YouTube widget makes it easy to embed videos within a Frog Site. Instead of providing a link to the external website, which has other distracting videos alongside the one you have chosen, you can limit a learner's focus to just one resource.
