Dashboards
Dashboards are the first thing a user sees when logging into Frog. As a school, you can create your own dashboards for teachers, students and parents. You get to decide the look, terminology and user experience.
Calendars
Frog's calendar tool gives you the opportunity to manage school events, clubs and parent's evenings in a web-friendly interface. Calendars can be shared to everyone, or access can be limited to specified individuals. Events can be booked and users invited along. All within the secure environment of Frog.
Noticeboards
Noticeboards are a quick way to add messages, files and links on a Frog Site. The widget is incredibly versatile and can also be used for note taking, blogs and shared resources. When setting up, the site's owner gets to decide who can post, making noticeboards useful for school or class notices, club messages and more.
Announcements
Communicate between school and home with the Announcements application. Teachers can send messages to students, their parents and carers and receive replies in return. All messages can be viewed in both the browser and the MyFrog mobile app.
Shared Folders
FrogDrive's document store provides easy access to any files or resources you choose to share. And because Frog knows who you are, it will only ever let you view folders you are allowed to see.
Forms
The Forms solution in Frog enables you to do everything from collecting surveys, student meal choices, NAPLAN options and reward nominations. You can set out a form any way you wish and all the submissions appear in its Data Viewer. The Data Viewer is its own mini-database, where you can search, filter and export all the information submitted.
Analytics
The Analytics application is a tool for Admin users which gives them an overview of who is logging in, when they last logged in and for how long. It also contains data such as a record of those never logged in, assignments set and Frog Sites created.
MyFrog
For parents, MyFrog combines access to your child's assignments, parent portal and messaging in a free app for Apple and Android devices. Teachers can set assignments and access the school dashboard.
