Dashboards

Dashboards are the first thing a user sees when logging into Frog. As a school, you can create your own dashboards for teachers, students and parents. You get to decide the look, terminology and user experience.

Notices

Noticeboards are a quick way to add messages, files and links on a Frog Site. The widget is incredibly versatile and is also used for note-taking, blogs, and shared resources. When setting up, the site's owner gets to decide who can post, making noticeboards useful for school or class notices, club messages etc...

Announcements

Communicate between school and home with the Announcements application. Teachers can send messages to students, their parents and carers and receive replies in return. All messages can be viewed in both the browser and the MyFrog mobile app.

Calendars

Frog's calendar tool allows you to manage school events, clubs, and parent's evenings in a web friendly interface. Calendars can be shared with everyone, or access can be limited to specified individuals. Events can be booked and users invited to. All within the secure environment of Frog.

Assignment Monitor

This application gives school leaders a report on all assignments set. You can filter the results or search for an individual (student or teacher) and see the work being assigned, hand-ins and marking.

Assignments Matrix 

This Frog application lets you view, mark and set assignments to your class showing all their work in one place. From the Matrix view, you can look at any class or group and see all their assignments for the specified subject. Teachers can reuse assignments for their own class, set targets and mark against these too. The Matrix view lets you compare how learners are doing across the different assignments. You can even record their hand-ins and lates/absents.

Reporting

This application allows you to produce detailed group and individual reports for both FrogProgress and assignments. You can see at a glance how learners are coping as well as assignment hand-in rates for both learners and teachers.

ePortfolios

Imagine taking a Frog Site and making a copy of it for every user in a group, then having each copy named and shared with just that specific user. That's what our ePortfolio tool does. Schools are using ePortfolios for project work, digital planners, staff appraisals and many more solutions.

Timetables

Frog imports all timetable data for teachers and learners directly from the EMS. With Frog's ease of use across devices, this makes displaying the timetable not just convenient but also a simple way to look up a learner's timetable.

Forms

The Forms solution in Frog enables you to do everything from collecting surveys, student meal choices, NAPLAN options and choices and reward nominations. You can set out a form any way you wish and all the submissions appear in its Data Viewer. The Data Viewer is its own mini-database, where you can search, filter and export all the information submitted.

Analytics

The Analytics application is a tool for Admin users which gives them an overview of who is logging in, when they last logged in and for how long. It also contains data such as a record of those never logged in, assignments set and Frog Sites created.
