The House site is designed to be copied and adapted for each house in your school.
There are spaces for notices and events. You can document any charity work by the house and celebrate any wins also.
These Frog Sites can also be a useful teaching opportunity as you could grant Edit Manage rights to the House Captains, allowing them to manage their House site for you. (Frog Site sharing is its own permission, so they can only alter content, not who sees what).
