Time Out Reflection

Time-out to reflect on activities can be an essential start in building relationships, understanding behaviours and consequences, and fostering restorative practice.

Frog’s Time-out Reflection tool is primarily designed for primary-aged children but can be easily adapted for older learners using Frog forms. The site encourages learners to reflect on their actions and, in their own words, recognise unacceptable behaviour and its impact on others. Designed to be completed with a teacher, the form captures valuable insights. The data is securely stored and can be revisited if further action is needed or if repeated incidents require discussions with parents/carers and the school.
