Transitioning from pre-school to primary, or primary to secondary, can be a daunting experience for parents, carers and learners.

Frog has a site designed to support you through this change. Younger students can be supported by buddies who are ready to help them settle into their new primary school. Primary students can benefit from welcome days at their secondary school, introductory walks, and dedicated welcome forums where they can ask questions of staff and current students. Video walkthroughs, transition handbooks, and links to essential resources like uniform details, canteen menus, and wellbeing support all contribute to a smooth transition to the next phase of learning.
